本Ientek的质量流量计采用了本公司开发的陶瓷半导体感受器,是为了满足广大顾客对高质低价产品的需求而设计生产的。
质量流量计由陶瓷半导体感受器和温度感受器构成,其中的陶瓷感受器为维持固定的热量,具有随环境温度变化而自动变化自身阻抗的特点,而且可随流体速度(流量)的变化而改变自身的阻抗。
利用这一特点可正确地测定出流体的速度及流量。当然,流量计需要对流体的温度变化作出补偿反应,因此流量计内置了温度补偿用感受器;为了陶瓷半导体对流体的非线性特性作出正确反应,流量计内置了微处理器。
质量流量计的主要功能有可标示流体流动时的瞬间流量及累计流量,也可标示流体的流动速度,还可计算并设定与使用者环境相适合的口径。
